Constantine Wasonga

Dr. Wasonga is the founder and Managing Partner of C.O Wasonga & Company
Advocates. He holds Bachelor of Education (Arts) from the University of Nairobi, Master
of Education in (Educational Administration) from the University of Nairobi, Doctor of
Philosophy in Education (in Educational Administration) from the University of Nairobi,
Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws from the University of Nairobi, Post Graduate Diploma
in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is also a certi ed Professional Mediator.
He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and has vast experience in employment
and labour law, electoral petitions, constitutional law, commercial and corporate law,
conveyancing and litigation. He is an active member of the Law Society of Kenya and
the East Africa Law Society.
Margaret Ang'ano
Senior Associate
Ms. Angano is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and has vast experience in
Commercial and Corporate law, Sports & Entertainment Law, Family & Succession Law,
Conveyancing and all other aspects of legal practice. She holds Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
from the University of Nairobi and Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School
of Law. She has served as Legal Counsel for numerous individuals and Corporate clients
and has appeared in all courts and tribunals. She is an active member of the Law Society
of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.
Elsie Akinyi Oile
Senior Associate
Ms. Oile is a sworn Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She holds Bachelor of Laws
(LLB) from the University of Nairobi, Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya
School of Law and she is also a certi ed Professional Mediator.
At the rm, she handles diverse matters and has vast experience in Civil and Commercial
Litigation, Employment and Labour Relations matters, Tax Law, Family and Succession,
Children matters, and Environment and Land Matters. Ms Oile also practices different
aspects of law including Mediation and ADR. She is an active member of the Law Society
of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.
